Martha "Marty" Metzker specializes in a combination of Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Myofascial Release Techniques. Popular with athletes and best known for her deep tissue skills, Marty listens carefully to each individual, using gentle or deep pressure as needed for each client's unique needs.

Marty is a Maryland native and has lived in Baltimore for over tent years. She is a graduate of the Baltimore School of Massage, Certified by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork, and proud member of the American Massage Therapy Association. When she's not busy massaging, she's busy being a mom to her daughter, Sophie.

In addition to Martha's office at Federal Hill Massage, she also sees clients at the exclusive Silo Point Complex in Locust Point (currently available to Silo Point residents only) and at her home office in Howard County.
