Amy is a Certified Reflexologist, trained through Evergreen Center for the Healing Arts outside Portland Oregon.  Amy got into massage and bodywork as a client of medical massage.  She liked the physical and mental results of reflexology so much she wanted to serve others with the technique. 
 
Reflexology is a pressure technique that stimulates over 7200 nerve endings in the feet or hands.  Amy works referral points with these nerves to help the systems of the body work work together.  This is how reflexology can revitalize energy, clean out impurities, improve circulation, and balance body chemistry.
